Charger fault or car fault?
If a charge won't start, try another connector, then restart the session in the operator's app or call 01582 400331. If your Tesla fails at more than one charger, charges far slower than usual everywhere, or shows a charging alert, the car may need looking at. The nearest Tesla Service Centre is Tesla Service Milton Keynes, about 4.4 miles away. For independent servicing, tyres and bodywork, find a Tesla specialist on TeslaService.co.uk.
